HoTT without group/HoTT AA?

Is it possible to enable HoTT (Health of Target's Target) somehow, without having the leadership AA, and/or without having a group?

Did a quick search on "HoTT" and didn't find anything, hoping I didn't miss it somehow

Well, assuming you could hack it so you could /assist from anywhere, you could probably "ghetto" one up.

Pretty sure HoTT it's self is serverside, but if MQ2devs can get /target to work anywhere in zone I'm pretty sure you can get /assist to work off anything.

Maybe stupid question but is there a way, an MQ way of course, to get leader xp while solo-ing or even duo ?
