Problem - Hotkey to switch between chars not working properly

Originally when the hotkey to switch between chars was added (tilde key by default) it worked perfectly. I play 6 chars on 3 screens and tapping the tilde key would seamlessly switch between all 6 chars. However, now whenever I press the tilde key it still cycles between chars but it moves each characters window so that it is no longer positioned correctly and the window has to be maximized to re-center and have everything look correct again.

Anyone know why this may be happening and what could be done to fix it?
