Guide - Holyshits and downshits Guide?

But, I'm pretty clueless on how to write a holyshit or downshit for my toons. I 12 box, so it would be nice if I could automate a few things a bit better, or even get more DPS out of my ranger.

Anyone got a 101 guide that could help me type up some holyshits and downshits, everyone I know that uses KISS is clueless on these and we are all kind of scared to touch it.

Additionally, take a stab at your own, or find one that looks like what you want to do and then ask for assistance (of course post your code) and there are several here on RG that will help.

I'm about to post a question about a holy once I get home myself and see if I can't get some feedback/assistance from this fine community.
