Question - Hilly Terrain?

I am still pretty new to KA but had a question. I am in a zone that is slightly hill but not too much but it there is a slight hill in the middle of my pulling area. If there is a mob beyond the hill the puller will go out 10 feet and turn around and it will say not in LOS anymore in the text box. Is there any way to get around this or do I just have to find zones with no hills in them? I have my Z radius set to 200 but I don't believe that has any effect on this.

Thanks!

MaxZRange has a lot to do with hills (z axis elevations). If its a small-ish hill, 200 should do the trick, could try 300 just to see.

You might have to setup camp on top of the hill. Otherwise, you could use AdvPath, but you'd have to be far enough away from the hidden mob to make it work (I've tried using it for some 20 feet to no avail).

The only problem with setting camp on top of the hill is there is a lot of pathers that come through so I was trying to avoid that, I may try the MaxZRange to see if that helps.

Pulling with MQ2Nav is helpfull in hilly areas. LOS pulling not so much. Create a basic mesh for the zone and give it a try.
