Someone compiled mq2 for me .. so as soon as new expansion came out I have been lost trying to figure how to update it ... I dont have a compiler and dont know where to get one or what to do with it once i have it. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Follow this easy 6 step process any you too can be a MQ2 user!
(No you can't skip #1, go read it.)
1.) Read this
2.) Go get MQ2 or Redquest
4.) Load it up (Double Click Macroquest.exe)
5.) Load up EQ or WINEQ2
6.) Enjoy!
