Well... unless all the toons in question are using MQ and are on your EQBC server, you are going to either have to target each one periodically, or watch for key messages, I would think.
Help to know how you plan to do this as well. As in, using a pally to splash... or group cure... or single cure. Maybe a class?

have you tried mq2events yet?
If the boss sends out an emote you can set it to cast what ever cure you want every time the emote goes off. This method also allows you the manually trigger the cure too incase the boss is out of range (boss pulls). I just send a /shout with the same message and everyone in the raid will fire off a cure.
