Tech - Help with status for scripts

We're trying to script quest/raid events and need to toggle the status of XYZ plugin on and off. Is there any way to tell the status of the plugin

You are just wanting to see if a plugin is loaded or not loaded?

We need to see if the plugin is paused or not and which mode the plugin is in it's in mostly.

The information isn't available currently. We've been working on adding it. But have not finished it.
