Request - Help with Mesh in Western Wastes

Is it possible to get the Mesh in Western Wastes to avoid trying to go thru the Ice clusters, more often than not my toon gets stuck trying to nav thru them
avoiding them entirely would be awesome
I am not able to mod a mesh file so if anyone could would be awesome, especially the ones where the restless wurms are (above where tov is)
just blocking all those ice clusters would be nice
I should really try to understand mesh files better
