Question - Help with a Shaman Epic 2.0 conditional (1 Viewer)

Can someone help me with a conditional use for my shaman's 2.0 epic clicky? Currently he'll click the epic whenever it's available, regardless of how many mobs, their health etc. I want him to only click it if the MA's target has 50% or more health OR if there is more than 1 target in the extended target window(regardless of the MA's target's health).
