Help new to MQ2

I had it working then logged off now when I click on the short cut its Asks if I want a unpublished program to change the setting on windows Yes or NO I click yes and nothing happens I can get it to load after im in the game. any one have any idea what I have done wrong.

Try launching it from the actual exe not a shortcut.. and if win7 try running as admin that removed all problems I had launching it
