Problem - Help! Kissassist not working

I am having a hard time figuring out how to setup kissassist.

Running ROF2

Gtting this message with no ini written.

#turbo 80 is too high, setting at 40(maximum)
unkown # commandbind Addfriend /addfriend
unable to add macro line.

Could not find anything about this or even if it was covered.

Try finding an older version of kissasssist like 9.2.4 or earlier.
1.0.0.4 won't work on the rof2 build until RG builds it for latest core.
