Question - Help fix my Enchanter please

My enchanter is acting slightly odd. In the Buff section he does buff lines 1-8 fairly well. Sometimes he seems to go too fast through the item clicks on 1-6 and will skip one or two on occasion but he does them at the end of the buff chain. he will mem dauntless and cast, then mem foresight and cast but then he hangs up. no error messages just kinda sits there for 20-30 seconds. He will then hit Eldritch Rune and pause again for about 15 seconds, he will then mem Twincast Aura cast, pause 15ish seconds then he will sit and mem Sviir cast, then immediately mems second aura to cast then mems ward of bafflement but he will never cast Veil of Mindshadow.

For the DPS section, He will tash at 99 but then he seems to cast Dreary Deeds twice on every mob even when it lands the first time, then proceeds down the chain with the rest of his DPS section.

I have run /kisscheck and it shows no errors.

Appreciate any help with why he wont buff in order or cast Veil and why he double slows regardless of it landing. His role is primary CC/Slow/Debuff then DPS second. If any enchanter mains have suggestions to get more out of him it would also be appreciated.

Well you can use the once command to keep him from casting dreary deeds again. DPS2=Dreary Deeds|96|Once

I have the same problem with Veil of Mindshadow. I'm going to add it to my DPS section and see if it will cast it.

I notice you are using Ward of Bafflement. That's a level 90 spell and it seems like you are level 100. Might buy Ward of the Mastermind.

My Aura's cast great they look like this:
Buffs4=Mastermind's Aura Rk. II|Aura

Might want to change your Clarity and Haste buffs to
Buffs1=Voice of Foresight|Caster
Buffs2=Hastening of Sviir|Melee

Doesn't sound like it matters but it saves some mana here and there if a caster dies for example you won't spend the mana rebuffing him with haste.

I have problems with a lot of my guys hanging for 20 seconds or so on certain buffs. Not really sure what the problem is.

After adding this to my DPS section it seems to work perfectly. Not sure why it doesn't work in the buffs section.
