Problem - Healing woes

We made a group on test server tonight to test and verify some issues some buds were having with single target buffs, healing and crashing. I noticed no issues on my shaman as i only use group buffs (but with short term single target combat buffs in the DPS section). The issue he is having is he will not heal group members other than his assist. Thanks for your time.

Your Autorez options are right in the middle of your heal spells, again not sure the behavior but seems out off place.

Perhaps a rebuild of the INI might be in order so it all cleans up orderwise. It make take a few to rebuild your INI but in the end it may be worth the effort. Also what Maskoi said about changing HealsOn=1 should be your solution.

Ok, not sure if it was the KA patch or the change to HealsOn=1 but he seems to be healing other group members now, but only after his assist has targeted the mob. If a group member is within range and is dying he will not heal unless the mob is targeted by his main assist. Not sure if this is intentional or not.

A new issue has popped up, he seems to have a hard-on for my bard. he buffs talisman of the courageous and talisman of celerity(AA) over and over on him and only him.

Is the bard buff blocking those spells, and additionally, if you manually buff the bard with those spells are they actually sticking on the bard? Maybe there is a stacking issues with buffs the bard already has and those spells aren't allowed.
