Question - Healing Puller

Is there a way to ensure that my healer will heal the puller before he pulls? I'm using this on my cleric:

Not something that I have attempted to do, but my thought how a downflag would be for the puller:
/if (${MyRoleIsPuller} and ${DistanceFromCampIsLessThanThisDistance} and ${IdoNotHaveBuff=XYZ}) /mqp

then of course need to have some logic in there to ensure the puller comes back even if the buff fades so as not to /mqp mid pull

/if (${MyRoleIsPuller} and (${CombatStateIsCombat} or ${DistanceFromCampIsGreaterThanThisDistance}) and ${IdoNotHaveBuff=XYZ} and ${MacroPauseIsTrue}) /mqp

Now I guess for the cleric this might be a flag:
/if (${Toon123RoleIsPuller} and ${HealOrBuffIsFaded} and ${CombatStateIsIdle}) /cast SpellOrAA
