If a person is marked as the puller will any KA running healers not heal them unless they are in camp?

I believe if your talking about the window in the eq ui, this pertains to the mercenary, they will not heal or assist until the puller is back at camp. With KA, I believe all your toons will heal and assist according to your KA settings.
A regular character that is marked as group puller will get healed once they are in range of a healer and are in need of healing. If you watch the mobs on incoming you will notice about 50% of the time, before the tank picks them up, that they target the healer in the group. There is a reason for that..
