Leveling - Headshot suggestions?

Just been shopping around and had horrible luck so far finding anything decent. Does anyone know of a list of decent headshot locations(density etc) with levels?

I have tried just searching specifically for humanoid mobs but it is tough going.

90-100 Valley of Lunanyn or Erudin Burning. Is there another level range you are interested in?
