... been banned for using MQ2 and gotten their account back? I mean banned not suspended. I was banned like 2 months ago for using warp. If you have been banned and got your account back, how long did it take?

Banned and never got it back.

Was lucky, they dont banned all with same IP
But never got the acc back, i tryed 2 years - i gave up

A guildy who got banned for shared bank got his account back and just got the item in question removed completly. They did say they were watching him closely tho

Who do I contact and what do i say? Been trying customer acct status email for a month now and they havn't sent me anything ... not even a hey go screw yourself letter. Im a sad panda.

Well tried emailing them again yesterday. Still zero reply ... I really wish they would get some better cust service.

When their population dips, they usually reactivate some banned accounts only to ban you again when population rises.
