Question - Guild Hall Painting/Door Port Clicks

Curious if MQ2Nav also us to automate the clicks on these painting that require a right click then select teleport or open door to lobby via dannet.
The doortarget and door click don't seem to work on these.

I didn't seem to find anything when I searched the forums so if this already been asked(I'm sure it has) feel free to point me to the correct thread.
