Question - GroupWatchOn With Druid/Shaman in Group

My comp is SK, CLR, ENC, MAG, MNK, DRU. I have the druid in the group mostly for buffs, evac, back-up heals, ports. I would love for her to start doing some damage, but if she goes oom the tank will wait for her to med up as if she is a healer. I have GroupWatchOn=2, and the tank just recognizes her as a healer and waits for her to med up, which is why I have her at full mana most of the time. I noticed there is GroupWatchCheck, and you can add conditions, can you add one to make the druid not be recognized as a healer? Thanks.

I have the same question, but maybe a different perspective. How can I get the Tank to just watch Cleric mana?
