Problem - Group Snaproll issue

Anyone have any idea why all the sudden my Melee dps toons do not want to get around to the backside for dps?
I have my zerkers set to Snaproll rear but they just run up anywhere mostly frontfaced and continue to get riposted

Dont know if its the server lag lately or what but yeah, snaproll and loose suck for me atm also, same issue as you, I have personally changed to behind and it works much better.
