Ground spawn / Forage (1 Viewer)

I used to see items ground spawn and able to pick them up. Since the new update, I could ground spawn does not show up any more in the map. Is there anyway to get that to pop up on the map again? (I.e. Misty Acorn in Misty Thicket)

I think will show ground spawns.
