Heres a couple ways to get some good xp:

1) Go to DS, if someone does a /ooc saying anyone wanna join a faction group, join it, you get faction plus xp! or if you see a group ask them if you can join, i usually do this, sometimes with my guild. (i got 40% (2 bars) in 30mins!)

2) Look for people in your guild who are in a high level zone such as WoS or BoT and ask if the group is full and then see if you can join, for example, some of my guildies were in BoT and i asked to join, they gladly accepted me and BOOM! i got 40% in 1 hour, good for a 53sk in bot :p made it to lvl 54 in 3 days, pretty good for me :p

3) My cousin uses this method, get temp or V or w/e (hes only high enough for temp) then go to a low level zone where there are DB mobs to you, pull them to a safe spot (by a ZL is best but whatever is good for you works best) and just solo, for melee classes, bring bandages, casters just need to nuke/dot and have pet melee, be sure pet has temp/V as well, less healing :)

4) For druids and bards, go to different zones that are good xp for you but not too hard to solo, find a nice big spot and give kiting a try, not good at kiting? guide on that lower :) if you get in trouble, druids can succor/gate or zone, bards can zone, for bards, if youre far from a ZL, use the song that makes you go a few feet and run towards zone, it'll help.

Kiting Guide...

Kiting is simple, first off, you have to be fast or have a snare, bards can twist songs (speed and kiting song). For druids, find some mobs, snare them and pull back to your kiting spot, has to be a decent size, run in circles and stop every now and then to cast your AoE/AE spell and keep doing it until the mobs stop chasing you NOTE: Some mobs will take more dmg than others so some will stop, others wont, the ones that stop, just dot and keep going, or nuke. if your dots and AoE/AE spells arent that strong, you may wanna try quad kiting, just pull 4, normal kiting can be any amount of mobs that is above 4. now for bards, you need to twist songs, just twist your AoE/AE song and speed song, or if your fast you can keep playing AoE/AE but speed if safer and run in circles, you prob wont have to worry about any runners but if there are, chase'em. (From kiting, you get good xp and loot, depending on where you are)

Twisting Guide...

Twisting is also simple, to twist (which is an absolute MUST for bards) you play one song (for example STR and ATK), so you start with STR, you then click the ATK song after the STR one is going and just keep clicking back and forth, simple...

LOL :D :D :D

I call this. Nubi guide for nubi by nubi.

Just funning you.

I enjoyed reading it.

FWIW: Bard's AE song doesn't work the way it used to. IE, it works but only if you're VERY CLOSE to the mob(s). Useless. They nerfed it almost completely.

But you can still sing the DD and DOT's.

I've noticed, btw, that if you /twist in a DD, it will get 'skipped' in the casting if it is not available (too soom to recast), which is cool.

EQ's melody of course sux. It stops entirely, for this or any other (seemingly random) reason: like 'you missed a note... ".
