Good repeatable instance for p lvling heroic toons?

Hey guys just trying to build my army up again on a new server. Transfered my 105 Tank over and looking to level my heroic toons with him for now.

Are their any good instances i can AFK level on ( i will be at the PC doing work etc) but would prefer not to interact so i can actually do work!

I have never really done many instances apart from DH ones and i never AFKed those, i remember there being ban waves for AFKing those?

Recommend checking out that resource first. These aren't all instances, but it may give you an idea of eras or areas you can leverage.

If you have a single 105 leveling a bunch of Heroics, I'd recommend somewhere in VOA to start. Windsong Sanctuary was always my favorite, I have literally NEVER had AFKtools triggered there after many months of afking. The XP should be pretty decent until 99-100 or so.
