Good faction anywhere and Mobs dropping exact item (1 Viewer)

Does anyone have any Macro's that can give me Good Faction anywhere all the time or at least good fation in Sanctus Seru. Also, let's say a mob drops a axe, a sword, a wand, a sheild, a fake eye and other items...and I need the fake eye, but the mob rarely drop the eye. Is the a macro that can make a certain mob drop a certain item that I need? Thanks

Also, you cannot force a mob to have your item if that's what you were asking.

No, faction is server side

Loot table is server side so no go.

You can use a macro to filter out what you loot if that is what you like.
