Problem - Getting error code d3dx9-35.dll when trying to run eq and KA at the same time

If anyone has any insight into what this is i would appreciate it. Not sure though if its EQ OR KA

I'd guess its not related to MQ2. Probably just a coincidence... A simple google search leads me to believe its a fairly common issue.
