getting better exp in MMs using shroud

Hi guys,

dunno if this gonna help you lot. but here is the deal with my char

lvl 85, 1300+ AAs I was getting barely 1 AA per MM at mckenzie.

I shrouded down to 70, used another char lvl 85 + 85 merc to get mission. completed mission and unshrouded, voilaa 3 AAs.

better then 1

Do you claim the reward while shrouded? or wait til you "return" out of shroud and claim reward?

you claim while shrouded. shrouder hyus right next to omm will work. shroud down to 70 then claim window pops up - claim then say "remove". it isn't that great but might be worth 20-50% more xp.

So, you don't have to shroud prior to mission... only when claiming the reward.... This is interesting.

Why not shroud down to 60... I ran a guy through one of these MMs that was 60 and he got 15 AAs... lol. I'm gonna test this out tonight and report my findings.

I know it used to because people used to LoD before doing dain missions and get a ton of XP. Eventually EQ fixed it though, so I'm assuming it won't work for the new MM's.

lol if I shroud to level 5 and claim? haha. havent done MMs since nerf.

you can use LOTD for these MM's for level exp, but it doesn't affect AA's.

Note: Exp Potions have same effect (50% more LEVEL exp)

well, not doing MMs anymore anyway.

i did lost all the raid gear, but i gots about 900 brews and 16 gold tickets. so its not that bad.
