GE pathing exploit

Don’t use this much anymore now that I’m 70, but maybe this will help some others out. When I was level 50 or so I spent a lot of time in GE. Mostly by the gate and CY (courtyard). Well anyways one day I was soloing in the CY and i noticed that when I moved along the wall the mob "a shrouded willsapper" would run away from me and then double back to the new spot. Then I moved back to the corner and he would run away (due to pathing) and run back the corner. Well after a little practice, I was able to "bounce" him and he wouldn’t ever hit me. I turn pet taunt off and just nuke and dot away. Then pull next one to corner rinse and repeat. The courtyard is the first big area you come to with a pile of bones in the corner. Cant seem to find a map.

It was a post almost a year ago, that is now way way way at the bottom of all these other post, so with that said. Good job with your explaination and brining a very old and very useful strat back to the boards. There's nothing wrong with posting something that has been posted before if it's not easily found. I have used this exploit a few times when I start up a new farm crew on diff servers to lvl + the old fashion bard plvl :P

Yea i did a search on it and came up with nothing. Wasnt trying to step on anyones toes. I Just want to help as much as possible. You guys have given me so much that i just want to try and contribute too. (i can only get better) So i give credit to....um...you know that "one" guy lol

Wow, sorry about that i did do a search. but i guess not the right search words. Oh well. Ill try to make sure do a better search on further posts. Just to kind of add somethin to it. Be careful of the 2 by the barrels. they will come together on a pull. But once broken its easy.
