A small guide how I exp using ISBoxer and a G15, cause Nicesandwiches asked me too and this way is extremely fast to build new toons and get them some fast AA [under construction]
Group Setup
Before the HS nerf, this group could literally destroy stuff in a very safe way. Now with HS being nerfed it's a bit slower ofcourse, personally I just add another Ranger or two to keep up with respawn.
Ingame Settings
Assign a 'Target Nearest NPC' key on your Magician, you can use whatever key suits you best. Personally I like to keep it simple and use '1', the same key I use to Spellweave (click for a Spellweave guide). You should have your strongest spells for both Magician and Ranger in your top gems and weave them to your '1' key.
Now it's time to assign your hotbars, your first hotbar already has keys assigned to them obviously, but you can also assign the same keys on a second hotbar (or more).
On the Magician assign '1' to the first hotkey on your second hotbar, now put the 'Pet Attack' key in your first slot on hotbar 1 and your 'Gate' (AA version, this is important cause it has a cooldown) in your first slot on hotbar 2. On the Ranger put an assist 'name magepet' macro in your first slot on hotbar 1 and put an /alt act all your DPS macro in your first slot on hotbar 2.
Bind your mage in the spot where he can target all the NPC's, there are several nice spots in Erudin's Burning near the zone with 5 - 6 mobs on a 7 minute timer. Agro range is extremely small in EB, so it's easy to find a safe spot.
Now if you make a G15 macro that loops the keypress '1' the following will happen:
Mage targets the nearest NPC, sends pet, starts casting his spellweave and uses 'Gate' whenever it's from cooldown (sometimes you will get agro with the mage, this way he will port back to the initial spot).
Ranger will assist the mage pet, cast his DPS spells and use his /alt act buffs.
The Beastlord's synergy with this group is insane, he can buff, slow, snare, almost the whole package.
Beastlord settings are a bit more complicated and require an own G15 macro, I use F5 for M1, F6 for M2 and F7 for M3 you will have to set these keystrokes in ISBoxer Suite
You will need to create 3 ingame macro's:
Loop these macro's with about 5 seconds in between, using Logitech Gaming Software.
THIS IS FAR FROM DONE, WILL TRY TO ADD SOME PICTURES WITH SETTINGS ASAP, BUT THIS IS ENOUGH TO GET A NICE EXP GROUP GOING
