Question - FTP Mounts (1 Viewer)

Just curious, which are the easiest amounts to get in the game and how common the drops are that most of you farm.

I have read that Sstemple and Sanctus seri drop bridle mounts .

First off I do the casino mount if my character is too low for Seru

1. Go get a Gold Ticket from the loyalty vendor in PoK or from a seller in the bazaar. These are lore so only one at a time.
2. Go to King's Court Casino (in Shadow Haven)
3. Turn in ticket to Jacob Thornblade.
4. You can win one of 8 items; the Glowing Black Drum is the one you want.

If you did not get it then you do another gold ticket.

If someone (in your guild or on your server) will lend you or you can buy any of the following to use one time (you can return them):

1. Fungus Covered Great Staff
2. Holgresh Elder Beads
3. Rubicite Breastplate
4. Scimitar of the Mistwalker
5. Ton Po's Bo Stick of Understanding
6. Vibrating Gauntlets of Infuse

If you have all 6 of those items in your bags, then the only 2 items left that you can win are either the aforementioned mount, or Guise of the Deceiver, which is a Dark Elf clicky. So if you can get these items you can do this in one ticket. The items are all lore so there is no way to waste tickets.

This mount is 75 so it will make any other mount you get 75 also

Next up would be the Seru mounts.

I have done the arx key on a few of my characters so that allows them to port right to the maze to get to Lord Seru. If you have this key it will port your entire group, even low level guys. But you need to be around level 60 to do the key quest. It is actually the Signet Earring of Veracity #4) Lord Seru is on a 3 day timer

So when Lord is not up I will farm his friends. Each one has a chance to drop a bridle. Send a pet in to tank them so they don't banish you to the jail.

• Praesertum Bikun (tan bridle)
• Praesertum Matpa (white bridle)
• Praesertum Rhugol (black bridle)
• Praesertum Vantorus (brown bridle)

I have quite a few of these cause the horses are the colors of the bridles so like, my enchanter needs to be on a white horse while my evil wizzy needs a black horse. etc.

Now, later in the year you can go for the Whirligig Flyer Control Device and while this is free it is only during anniversary

if you buy any of the last like 16 xpacs (on live) you get a sweet ass in era (f2p) mounts..

There are quite a few FTP horses. Many are as easy as doing the progression for an expansion. The easiest ones are just go buy one from bazaar zone horse vendor.

I was typing this up when reed commented, but I'll finish up anyway.

Ghostrider's Bridle comes from Deathknell Event 1. If you're well over the level, you can way out dps the event and spend the majority of the time just waiting for the script to catch up. Mount isn't guaranteed, but it's fairly common.

Bridle of the Flying Imperial Sokokar is a raid drop, but the raid is very easy when you're over leveled. Doing all the stuff to request the raid is a pain in the ass, but if you have a requester, very easy.

Hobby Horse is available only during anniversary, but is unique in that it is stationary... Except the changes to mounts broke this if you've ever been on another mount, since all mounts are as fast as the fastest you've ever been on now.

Underfoot mobs could drop one totally at random, but it's so rare it's not a realistic short term goal.

And the achievement from completing later expansions in their entirety have mounts, but that's a long way off of quick and easy.

And, of course, there's horse and drogmor mounts that can just be purchased with platinum. Doesn't get any easier than 'buy'

Great write-up , that was very helpful. I’ve never done any of the anniversary quests before. Are there any luas for the ones that offer the bridle ?

Those are all mounts you get from tasks, missions etc in the game.

If you want to buy a mount then you would use DBC in the Marketplace (in game)

or go to the Bazaar and there is an npc off to the left when you first enter that sells horses

buy one from fellow players if anyone is selling them in the baz

And you can buy a drogmor in the Gulf of Granick

Fairly common drop from Cliknar Hive Queen raid. Easily soloable at 125.

I was aware that you could buy the horse mounts but those are super slow lol slower than my character with no aa run speed lol . I’m trying to stay away from those . I checked out bonzz too that was helpful too.

Only the cheapest one is that slow. The more you pay, the faster they are.

The easiest ones are bought in Bazaar and Gulf of Gunthak. Second ones if you have an older account are ones in the claim window.
