Problem - Freezing after this pop up

HI guys

Recently, i have experience a frozen problem very often on my new toons (shm, if that matter).

Sometimes it could goes after i press retry, however, more often, it just frozen and i have to login again the related toons.

While the frozen window cannot be closed.
Do i messed up any setting or whatsoever, its quite annoying when when the healer got frozen in the mid of the fight and got whole group wiped...

Sometimes it is plugin related, try unloading plugins you dont absolutely need to see if that solves the problem. Might help narrow down what is causing it.

Don't forget to send the dump file to eqmule (as it says on the window); that will help him fix whatever it is.

It will be a different reason, and that reason will be buried somewhere deep in that file

an eqgame crash could be all sorts of different things - some even unrelated to mq2 - like a bad ui file/element, an eq crash or other reasons

if you want to PM it me, I'd be happy to take a peak at the .dmp and see if there is anything useful that i can relay back to you. keep in mind character names and information is often visible

more often than not it will be something that is either immediately identifiable or something that will require someone like eqmule with much better skills to dig into and determine what the issue is - sometimes fixable, sometimes not.
