Forcefeed Ini?

This question was actually asked on redguides but before I got back to copy the answer, the site was changed to NA.

My question was what was the ini syntax for forcefeed specific food/water out of your inventory.

I saw the answer briefly but like I mentioned, didn't get a chance to copy it down.

I don't use MQ2Cursor though (not to mention that the wiki doesn't even give you the ini help even if I was using MQ2Cursor.)

MQ2FeedMe - This plugin will force-feed food and drink you specify in the ini, so you don't eat your stat food in the top slot.
