Problem - flying kick

i have a 60 monk on a TLP server.

he wont do flying kick. I reset the ini with all defaults and he wont do it. I put a 1 dps on. put flying kick|98 in dps. wont do it, what am I missing?

Haven't played with this, but it looks like this is actually a specific MQ2Melee sitting to be turned on, not something in DPS. See here:

Your not missing anything. Flying kick is a skill/ability, it is NOT an AltAbility or a CombatAbility. KA 8.5.5 does not support standard Abilities/skills. Most abilities have been controlled by MQ2Melee. Needless to say, KA 9.0 will support Abilities/skills.

where do I got to change it? when I do /melee it shows whats on and off? and what is the command to do it? can you give me an example turning off kick?

Per my understanding of reading that, it's as simple as /melee flyingkick=on
