Question - Filters in macroquest.ini

I was browsing the settings in the macroquest.ini file and found the filters at the top.

FilterSkills=0
FilterTarget=0
FilterMoney=0
FilterFood=0
FilterMacro=0
FilterEncumber=0
FilterDebug=0
FilterMQ=0

A google search, seach of redguides and a search of macroquest2.com reveal nothing.

Is there a good write up of all the switches/settings found in the macroquest.ini file? Or just a write up on the macroquest.ini file?
