How often does this issue occur?
Always
This is on Test server. After the Test patch on 03/02/2020, Fellowship Campfire appears to be broken. I have seen this reported by at least one other person. I stepped through some pieces in the mac and here is the result, although it looks like it may be unrelated to KISS code:

  1. No issues with the pieces that open/modify/close the Fellowship window
  2. ${Me.Fellowship.Campfire} returns FALSE whether I have a campfire up or not
  3. ${Me.Fellowship.CampfireZone.ID} returns NULL whether I have a campfire up or not
  4. ${SpawnCount[pc radius 50 fellowship]} returns 0 standing next to multiple members of my fellowship
  5. /call Bind_Campfire does work, it opens the window and creates the campfire

Then the issue is with the MQ2 test compile and not the macro. The 11.5 macro uses the ${Me.Fellowship.Campfire} to check for a campfire and the 12.001 macro uses ${Me.Fellowship.CampfireZone.ID}, because at some point ${Me.Fellowship.Campfire} gets broken and the ${Me.Fellowship.CampfireZone.ID} will still work.
