Almost there! I tried twice more and got it down to (6%) after making changes. The characters did burn correctly on Cactiikii. Maybe the kissassist files I used for this battle did not work with some of my rank 2 spells. I'll try again later!

Try it again, except this time do this on your wizzies (and the mage, if you want):

/plugin mq2afnuke
/nuke on
/nuke resume (<---- MUST do this if you do /nuke on before zoning into the instance)

Also, change all your engagements to start at 99%. Kissassist defaults to like 95% .... that's WAY WAY WAY too late.

It was a success! IHCMERCs with War/Clr/Enc/Wiz/Wiz and Kiss with Mag with mq2afnuke on enc/wiz/wiz/mag brought Cactiikii down just before the third add spawned. Now I'm stuck like many others on End of Empire. I checked out this guide but I don't know how to edit mq2events (I could not locate the ini file to edit). I will also need to get my Clr/Enc/Wiz/Wiz/Mag finished like my warrior with EoK progression because of the nasty aura the Kar'zok have. Lastly I'll need to learn how to balance kills and keep my team from rushing in before the NPC's attack the soldiers. So much more work to do...

EoE was a beast for me, even with an overgeared SK as tank. It was, however, a fun event to get to know and try to beat. I think you hit the high points that you need to consider. I would also add (perhaps this is implied in what you said) that a HUGE part of EoE is also controlling when/how you burn. Too early and you're screwed on the soulfeaster stage.
