I went to Monkey island in The Barren Sea. There are a few spots where you can setup and clean house. The mobs there drop tons of Defiant (I know you wanted vendor but Defiant sells quick in the bazaar). Lot of teeth and pelts and paws that sell for 40+pp and are stackable. Lot of underwater or waterlogged or something watery gems that sell for 300+ and are stackable. 100,000 to 300,000/day is within reach. I left them there 18 hours plus without ever seeing another soul. Depending on your team you may want to add a few levels first. I think my team was mid 70's there. Mobs were 80% light blue at 75. No other place I tried produced that kind of loot at that level and that safe. I made at least 500,000pp selling the Defiant gear on top of the drops. All told I probably made 1,000,000+ while in that area.
I tried several other places such as DSH in several spots (not the farm which is always taken), OGH in several spots but the mobs hit too hard. My defiant geared team would wipe two or three times a day.
Edit:Just adding that if you want to add a few levels. Setup in the zone before TBS called Barren Coast. The loot is not as good but it's perfect for late 60's early 70's exp. I moved my team to the lower right corner of the map and left them there for days. Fast pulling and safe camping. Very easy to get to and only saw a few souls stick their head in during my several days there.
