Faction Macros !!!!!

I heard about a particular genre of folks who live for seeing themselves have good faction everywhere they go! I'm not one of these people but there are some useful and some not-si-useful but easy to skill up factions out there so I decided i want to study this a little more in depth. Here's my very first faction macro, smokinghot is actually working on one I actually need and I'm just not sure how to go about killing and looting yet till I see an example 8-).

This is thez's Truthbringer macro and his instructions

Reward: Suffix "of the Truthbringer"

Information: There is an NPC called "Fabian" in East Freeport who will give you faction with the Knights of Truth in exchange for handing him 2 gold pieces. Once your faction is max ally, you go talk to Erling Elsai in West Freeport to get your suffix.

Setup: Target Fabian, stand in front of him looking at him, open your inventory, and start the macro. It took my character (a DE necromancer with dubious faction) about 3000gp to max out.
