Here are a whole plethora of macros and include files to automate the hell out of the grind that is EZ server. I used these over the course of many years playing.
I have not used these in quite some time and did not really do any editing and cleaning before pushing it to github. Below is a brief description of some of the more useful macs. I published all my macs in a raw format though, so have it it! That being said there are macros in here that were never used or were just plain exploratory. Hope that this work can help someone.

I typically would pull a ton of mobs, turn and face them, have druid cast skin of drake, then kick off autoattack.mac. I would then kick on heal macs autoheal.mac for cleric (had 2 clerics), druidheal.mac for druid, and sham.mac for shaman. That coupled with a few ohsheepdipquickheal hotkeys and I was able to farm quickly.
At one point EZ implemented a script to try and catch botters, the script would record how many times a toon hit y,x coordinates in a period of time (perhaps an hour). To counter that I implemented a random move method that would move a toon close to x,y vice exactly to x,y, it would also do a bunch of strafing in attempt to counter that bs script.
README:
Ensure your toons are not bound in Nexus when running these. I would bind in FG or another rarely used zone. EZ Server is full of whiny narc babies so I would recommend not telling anyone you use these at all.
EZCharmUpgrade.inc - main library class. This contains the library used by the vast majority of macros. -- Could and should be renamed and potentially regrouped. I used this name and never bothered to rename.
autoattack.mac - autoattack controller macro - run from your main tank after you pull, have skin of drake up and are facing your pull
anguish.mac - Solo anguish xp grind macro
autoheal.mac - cleric healing macro
chanter.mac - chanter buffs
barrel.mac - macro to farm 2.5 keys. Run from first secluded barrel room
druidheal.mac - druid healing macro
sham.mac - shaman healing macro
dragons.inc - include file for grinding pod
hohsolo.mac - solo hoh
hohgarm.mac - better hoh farm macro
ldfarm.mac - farm ldon
waypoint.inc
gods.mac = farm gods, group in gods with token dude at turn in location
goa.mac = will keep gift of annihilation up on target toon.
terror.mac - spawn terrorantula smaploc.mac - map location x,y
givetoken.mac = macro to give token for plane of gods boss spawn
wisp.mac - farm wisps in whatever zone, often use jaggedpine
