As title says, where is the best spot for farming these? Any zone, I am needing a bunch and they seem to have to stopped dropping in LI..

Get all mine from NoS zones doesn't matter where. Choose a spot with dense amount of mobs. Humanoids is my favorites just because rng/rog.

I use to get a lot of Ring of scale zones as well, especially the overthere

Sarnak camps in FM, got to a point where I just had to start giving them away. Quick respawns and easy camps with a couple of boxes.

Are you talking about Planar Energy Shards? If this is what you mean, then the Breeding Grounds is best place to farm them but I normally just take my Druid there and forage for them.

TOL / NOS zones drop them like hot cakes. I have 12, 40 slot bags full of them at this point I /barter whatever I get haha

Temple of Droga is good , if you do not mind going deep into the dungeon and zerg everything all the way to the zone out area

@bigdogs175 drops like candy in Sathir's Thomb and Howling Stones...also TOV/COV...bring a ranger, zerks, or rogue and watch stuff melt...
