EQemu wont run (1 Viewer)

help..... whenever i try to run EQemu it says plz run eqgame.exe. I followed the guide word for word and it isnt working, if someone could help me out that would be awsome, if not, i guess ill have to try it again.

the eqgame.exe in the eqemu directory, the one im supposed to right?

No.

You need to make a shortcut of it somewhere (Mine's on the desktop). Right click on the shortcut and go to properties. In the target box, add

patchme

after the quotes.

AH ok will have to try that, read the guide but didnt understand what that meant, thought it meant to change the name to "EQ game.exe"patchme...... thanks

ok, i tried it, now whenever i try to log in it just goes to the server connecting window and just sits there, i dont even get to the server list. let me know if i did something horribly wrong, or do i just need to creat a new account for eq emu?

OK when ever i try to do it, it says specified name n target box is not vaild

it wont work for me either, i put C:\EQDIRECTORY\eqgame.exe patchme
and it doesnt work.
