EQBC Server not starting

Everything was fine last night I was boxing 2 toons and today when I try to start EQBC server nothing happens. When I try to reinstall using the launcher I get

 

[B_I_G__D_A_D_D_Y]

I'd start by checking for Windows updates and then reboot the computer anyway. Then try again. This looks like a "false positive" block from Windows Defender.
