Question - EQBC AA Echo and dps echo

Question:

If I use DPSMeter=1, my toons report what % damage they do on a mob in the MQ2chatwndw.

My Cleric reports the AA she has unspent every time she gets a new aa. My other 4 toons do not. I can't find out what makes my cleric report this and not the others. Any help would be great. My cleric also reports spell casts, which I do not want to see on other toons, just her.
