Question - EQ Spell data?

Is there anywhere that has a sortable/filterable spell database?

Like a spreadsheet or CSV

I want to be able to see all the data and sort it and do calculations so I know what spells to use while leveling and what spells to never bother buying

Example:
efficiency = effect/mana
DPS = damage/recast+cast.time

With the data on Alla and EQresource it is not in a format to easily manipulate

I have been doing it by hand in google docs but this is tedious...

I lied. Not filterable but its a nice table spreadsheet

I wrote a python script a while back to import into an SQLite DB. If they haven't changed the file since, it should work still :P

I imported it to google fusion tables and will play around a bit try to clean it up see if I can get something usable

Anyone know of any filtered spell lists?
There are so many crap/useless spells in EQ I hate buying them then trying to clean out spell book
