I have no clue if its a sale or permanent but I just noticed today that all service prices were cut by 50% in the marketplace.

Character Transfer was $25.00 is now $12.50
Name change was $15.00 is now $7.50
etc ...

Was a deal on HoT in marketplace for 17 buck a few weeks ago was back up to 43 the other day.

Amazon has the HoT expac for $20.
