What does it mean when an EQ account is closed? It doesn't say banned, suspended, or no active subscription. Is there any chance I can get it back? I can't even log into the account information page. The account was active then was suddenly closed. I did not receive any e-mail about it.

I would suggest contacting customer service, you need to find out why the account was closed. Then take the appropriate actions.

I called cust serv and they said the account was locked because of some suspicious activity (not in-game but billing/login type stuff). They verified my secret question and last 4 of the last credit card it was billed to and unlocked it no probem.
