Release Epic Laziness (1 Viewer) v0.4.25

These observations were from last night - if they have been patched, please disregard:

On each kill and loot steps from the fishing events to the vampires in Dawnshroud, the Paladin will move to and kill the NPC, but the script will go back to looking for the NPC. It doesn't check for loot, loot, or save as intended. A simple click oN the outline at each stage alleviated the issue.

Paladin 1.5 - step 197. Crash after sending character to maiden. It looks like the error is in the distance check, but here is the red text that can probably articulate it better than I even could.

I ran a quick refresh of nav mesh updater to see if that was the reason for the error, but I am up-to-date.

This appears to be happening at every step - not just travel. It looks like deleting lines 1047-1049 in travel Lua and the block in the draw function attempting to draw the distance in the draw Lua, it will allow the Lua to continue running flawlessly, just without the display.

Paladin 1.5 - Step 242. once inside Vxed, it will not move to the NPC needed to kill and seems to get stuck. Any manipulation as far as outline clicks, or forward and back clicks are fruitless. Manually killing him, and resetting the Lua entirely seems to be the only way around.
 
Pal 2.0 step 77, General Jyleel wouldnt accept the 1000 or 500pp. Had to pause the Lua, hail him, say gems, put 1k in trade, invis, click trade, then 500, invis, hit trade, then got item. Not sure what i missed or done to not have the faction i guess, but that works for anyone that gets stuck at this part.

Step 142, didnt remove arrows from quiver of marr, so failed to give it to to Shin Master Grubbus.

I am not sure i understand which steps you are speaking about here.

This was a bug i implemented today, testing for something i am working on adding. I've commented it out in the next version and it should be working again.

Paladin 1.5 - Step 242. once inside Vxed, it will not move to the NPC needed to kill and seems to get stuck. Any manipulation as far as outline clicks, or forward and back clicks are fruitless. Manually killing him, and resetting the lua entirely seems to be the only way around.

I will try to give this a look tomorrow and see if i can figure why its not moving to the NPC. I may just need to add a small pause at the start once inside vxed

What race was your paladin out of curiosity?


Step 142, I do nto have it set to empty the quiver, but this is something i can look at adding.

In each of these instances, it would fish until the NPC spawned, kill it, then freeze. It wouldn't error out, it wouldn't loot, it would just sit there looking for the mob again that was already dead. If I manually looted a clicked 43 manually, it would continue to the next similar loop in a new zone. It repeats 4 times though, 38-43, 44-52, etc. Also, when farming the Cotarie vampires, it would not move to or kill the big Cotarie once he spawned.

I also realize, I am probably the only person who will ever use the paladin 2.0. Pretty much just doing it to test the Lua with you... Haha.

Absolutely.

That should be easy enough for me to fix. I will take a look at this tomorrow.
 
This release has some fairly major changes in how the main loop of the script runs. Due to these changes there is a possibility that some things may not work. If you experience any problems let me know and I will get them cleared up asap.

Step 45: I did not have 6 people in the group for the hand-in. Instead of pausing, it crashed.

War 2.0 Possessed Brute, left this farming this area for about an hour, until i looked at the map and realized It was camped in the wrong place, moved to the correct place, camped there, within 10 mins had the mob and drop. (Step 5 I believe)

step 37 , add kreljnoks muddled rage into the container, failed. just hung there. put it in manually, and it crashed on combine. Restart at step 40, continued on.

Epic complete, no further issues.

Step 68 -Did not give money to Ziska Ironforge, but continued on as if it did. Maybe a check to see if we have Qeynos prayer beads, with a loop to try again if not. I manually completed this step near the combine phase

Steps 165-174 - Opened the container, picked up the first bead, but didn't put it in the bag. Manually putting it in the bag, it did not move to the next bead, manually putting the second bead in the bag, it picked up the second bead again, making me put it down twice. Odd behavior like this until I added all 8, then it crashed

The second issue you have shared here will be corrected in the next version.

I will double check the location it is traveling to for Possessed Brute. Most likely this is a bug with failing to continue to the location after dealing with xtargets being cleared. I thought I had eliminated that bug but it seems i missed.

I will look at the step 37 issue.

The issue with the crash you listed here and in your previous post will be corrected in the next version.






It looks as if there is some kind of a problem with the handling of the tradeskill combines that may have been introduced with the changes I made yesterday. I will look into what the problem is and push a fix ASAP. (Probably tomorrow)
 
I stopped playing for awhile and when I tried to restart I got this. Was in PoHate trying to get essence of hate

Rogue epic is also saying that I dont meet the required tradeskill lvls when i do and closes program. I had to turn off that option to proceed. But with the current bug above im at a stand still until its updated. Cant get past this crash

The script completely closes on you when it does this? Or does it just stop itself from running the epic?

No it doesnt close it errors and if i start again it says my tradeskills dont meet the required level but they are all over the requirments.. i finally turned off the toggle for tradeskills and saved and then it bypassed it.. I will send u file as well now

Im sorry i cant. its the same crash as posted above. I can send the tradeskill error if its still doing it after this crash is resolved. Once i hit play in instant nil crash
 
Day 3 of working on improvements and changes in how the script runs. I did not get a chance to test a great deal after making these changes, but everything should be working.

The bug involving tradeskill steps not combining properly should be fixed as well in this latest version.
 
Paladin Epic 2.0:

Step 200: Saying caves to Gersh will give you one of 3 missions. The one we need is the murkglider caves. A check for the correct DZ and a swap loop until we get it might be necessary

Step 225: Removing Remal the Black from the pull ignore list causes a crash:

Rogue 1.5 is failing combines and not hitting combine button. I press it manually and it goes. Also when i hit stop it keeps trying to do the combine and doesn't stop the script. Sorry.

I was not able to replicate this issue using EL. Is it possible whatever class automation script you were using was failing to pause and causing it to hide again?
