Release Epic Laziness v0.4.25

Rogue 1.5 step 778. Looks like there's no error checking or it's not working properly. If you don't get successful hail, the script will move on anyway. Can't believe there's almost 1k steps for this epic. I'd never do this without this script.

The issue above that the two of you had is fixed in the next release.

I will see what i can do to add a check here to see if Reebo was haled correctly.
 
SK Pre 1.5 cant start now.
right at the beginning of the quest when you get to Ritald it crashes

Then if i try to go to start script and pause before crash and to to Full Outline to attempt to skip this part.. The instant i click Full Outline i get another crash.

Not sure how to continue since i cant even skip this step. Quest is at a halt until a fix is available
 
Trying to load the Lua today and I get this on my screen. it will not load.. also get a error on magellan travel utility.. other Lua load fine

Shaman 1.0
In options for speed movement, the AA Communion of Cheetah is listed, but at lower levels they may not have it yet (like mine, ha)
But they have other movement buffs that are spells, like Spirit of Bih'li
 
So it starts farming items but it gets hung up a lot and then closes. SK epic 1.5 it opened the loom for step (50) and then it closed, i handed in the item and now it wont go further, shaman epic 1.5 and prequest get hung up on step (3) and does nothing. bard seems to run around and farm stuff, but have yet to complete 1 epic 1.0, 1.5, or 2.0 as of yet

Shm just do 1.0 instead of the pre 1.5.. its recommended anyways because your going to do half the 1.0 anyways and usually is faster to just finish the 1.0. I realized the pre 1.5 wasn't working as well and when i did some research and seen the 1.0 is faster that's what i did

This is a strange error for it to be throwing. Please make sure you have the latest version of macroquest, as well as any scripts you are trying to run. If the issue persists you will probably want to hop into the RedGuides discord to see if someone can help you diagnose this issue.

Shaman 1.0

An abundance of laziness (and not wanting to deal with custom spell loadouts) means that try to avoid having it use actual spells, as this could end up with in a state of EL and whatever class automation is in use fighting to have a certain spell memorized.

So it starts farming items but it gets hung up a lot and then closes. SK epic 1.5 it opened the loom for step (50) and then it closed, i handed in the item and now it wont go further, shaman epic 1.5 and prequest get hung up on step (3) and does nothing. bard seems to run around and farm stuff, but have yet to complete 1 epic 1.0, 1.5, or 2.0 as of yet

Unfortunately the last day or so Epic Laziness was left in a less than functional state. I did not have the energy to finish the changes I was making yesterday. They are completed now, and a new version that should be far more functional will be posted in just a few minutes.

This has been fixed in the latest version.
 
This is kind of strange because this is my second time doing Rogue epic and it didn't have this issue last time.
This is step 21 - 23 of the Rogue epic 1.5

So its swimming to the Tide Feaster but when it gets to mob it swims to the ground and never to the mob.
It will never target the mob or engage. It ends up starting a loop under the mob over and over. Here is a pic of the loop

I know there was a change made not long ago because once all the mobs where dead it would just hang and not check for repop. but i think something broke when making the change because now it wont engage the mobs

I was able to finally complete this but i used the script to run me close to the fish. I then paused manually target and attack then unpause script. I did this till i got all 4 pieces needed.

Looks like step 86 is going back a step back too far. 83 makes you port back and run all the way back to scarlet desert if you have return to bind between travel on.

How do you manually skip to a step? For example, I did everything up to step 728 but when I start the script, it defaults to the trade skilling steps even if I have all the boxes in Outline ticked.
 
Restart the Lua, start then pause immediately, navigate to the step you want then resume the Lua.

Okay. I made it back to the rogue 1.5 sticking point. I tried several locations, but it seems like manual intervention is necessary. If you are in front of the 1-way invisible wall at the top of the staircase, it will always choose to go the direction t's going now. If you're behind it, it works fine, but to get behind it would take a rework of the zone mesh. or maybe getting to the top of the stairs and keypresshold forward for 3 seconds. Not sure.

I close the Lua, restart it and immediately pause and move the little back/forward arrows, not the outline checkmarks. Then hit play/resume, sometimes it finds itself, sometimes not, and I have to close again and upon reopen back up (or forward) another step. Some steps are a series of small things and happen so fast you might have to back/forward quite a few. I forgot which quest, as I tested this on many classes now and multiple epics, as the Lua changed, but I had to move forward up to 10 steps on one. It was a bunch of little things it was checking against like move here, kill dud, loot his junk and find dude2 and go do the same, the Lua had crashed or things went sideways (again various stages of the Lua creation improving) so I had the 2 drops and had to forward all the 10 steps to basically tell it to travel me to the next zone. Once I found out the magic step to find itself again, the Lua picked up and took me on the rest of the way. A little bit of experimentation and babysitting while the script improves.

The easiest way is to start the script and pause right away. Then you can go to the Outline or the Full Outline tab and choose from the steps there. The check boxes currently do nothing (they are a place holder for a future feature, sorry for the confusion they caused).

Clicking on the text/step# of a step in the outlines will set the step to that #.

Shm 1.0 Step 93
Farming the 6 pages. Suggestion, lower the hunt radius and the zradius (high)? My reasons, it takes my shammy and pal far away from the courier area. The courier being the big need to be in that spot, and all the other drops are random so staying closer can keep the character nearby. Also, there is some mob on another level making the shm take off across the zone to go up somewhere. Guessing its a walking random mob triggering this, I have to pause the Lua for a bit and it will stop, or manually try to keyboard control as it fights its way back across the zone for awhile, then stops.

I have added a new navmesh for mischief to https://github.com/yb-f/meshes it will correct this issue.

I am not sure I set the z-radius anywhere, so I think it is using whatever existing setting is there. I absolutely should be adjusting it to a value that is useful for what the script is doing.

I have hesitated to lower the radius of the camp on this step due to the first 5 drops coming from anything. But there seems to be a consensus of at least a couple of people that I should do so.

Edit: When it was in the corridor, it was not moving anywhere. I had let it sit doing its thing as I was working on another character. So I am not sure if it was supposed to pick up the mobs and go to them.
 
Rogue 1.5 Step 78 - 80.

The character will sit there for hours when all the Kodiak are killed as there are placeholders for the Kodiak. I added a farm camp of a dire wolf, a snow cougar, a wooly rhino. Once a bunch were killed, two Kodiak popped.
 
BRD 2.0 Step 41

The character has a pre-looted Globe in inventory.

It was in Riftseekers after killing. It just stopped as it could not create a path. I was getting an EQ error of "The zone path window cannot be opened because there is no active path."

I moved the toon out of Riftseekers and restarted it.

I was near the end of the Shaman 2.0 (which was working quite well) when I last logged off. I updated to the latest before I logged back in, and when I first opened it was an error message (I missed it, apologies). Then after selecting epic 2.0 Shaman it says it's on Step 230 of 107, and just ends without doing anything. No option to

It should have been using that as a center point to pull most of that wing. What class automation script are you using? Was it not pulling anything ever?

The latest updates may have caused some oddities with the numbering of quests. My advice is to start the script, immediately pause, and look in the outline tab for the step it should be on and then unpause.
 
Rogue pre 1.5 step 15. The gambling part causes the script to crash.

Rog 2.0 step 59. Looks like the callback event isn't triggering. All my previous call back events with partial matching needed a space between last letter and the # sign for it to work properly.

SK 2.0 Step 18

Was sitting after getting the bracer. Trying to port to Lobby. I manually clicked Drunkard Stein. It didn't recognize it was it PoK:

Edit: Looked at the outline. Maybe step 18 isn't needed. Once I click on 19 from PoK it started heading to the next place.
