Are you running something else that turns off rg Lua? that's a very odd message I am not sure why it would exit right at startup like that... I have never seen this before.

Is there any additional info in your mq console window?

Looks like I had KA also running, not sure if that caused conflict.
once I did /end and and able to fire up RGmercs.
Thanks for your time. Issue fixed.
