Question - Enchanter Tash/Slow mezzed mobs

Is there configuration or additional plugins that can make an enchanter cast tash/slow (or a shaman as well for slow) on the mobs that the enchanter has mezzed?

I just use an AE slow on shaman for this...

I think there is a way to check if it has any form of malo on it already, as well as slow.. but these are what I use on my shaman via mq2melee while running KISS - they're the AA version.
