Question - Enchanter mez

I am new to MQ2 and trying to figure out what I have wrong on my enchanter mez. What I want to happen is for him to mez any mob besides the MA mob. I have only been able to get it to work via AE with 3+ mobs. I have played with the MezAESpell=Neutralizing Wave|3 line tried adjusting to 2 even though I was under the impression this should be covered but the single target mez condition. Here is what I have

MezRadius looks a little low to me, maybe they are not getting close enough? Do you have first few xtargets set to auto? What is it not doing?

You have Deceive on your spell bar while KA is running? KA's not replacing it with an older EQ spell set or [MySpells]/[Spells] list of gems via the LoadSpellSet=?

All the hours I spent looking through forums and playing with setting and it was this simple I still had xtar 1 set for group main assist. The mez radius seems pretty standard for all the Enc ini. PS Thank You !!

Yeah I'd say the radius is too low.
